    The Director of Admissions and Financial Aid has responsibility for all admissions recruitment programs, management of the admissions process, allocation of need-based financial aid, and re-enrollment/retention initiatives. This is a hands-on position with responsibilities ranging from admissions marketing, open house programming, publication development, and maintenance of statistics, to the day-to-day interactions and operations of a dynamic admission office. Direct the application process from inquiry to enrollment and communicate the status of applicants and maintain and run reports from the admissions database.     The Senior Financial Officer at Newman School will oversee and manage the School’s Accounting and Human Resources functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role is integral to managing the School’s financial health, tuition and fee billing  processes, and contract administration. The Business Officer will also lead key projects aimed at enhancing the School’s financial systems and operations.
